Fake Identity

Afut values authenticity and honesty. Users may not pose as another living person or copyrighted character in a misleading manner. However, users are free to create fictional characters or personas for their Sidekicks as long as these do not impersonate real individuals or infringe on copyrights.

Therefore, it is prohibited to:

• Use a fake name, gender, photo, or false biographical details in your profile that represent you as another living person or copyrighted character
• Present fake documents if asked to verify your identity
• Use AI-generated imagery or videos to create or verify an account with the purpose of impersonating another living person or copyrighted character
• Impersonate others by creating or using accounts that misrepresent your identity with the intention to deceive
• Use automated programs to falsify your location
• Create an Afut profile using your personal information on behalf of someone else

Do not share your credentials (e.g., email, payment information) that could be misused to create fake accounts. Afut reserves the right to permanently suspend accounts found to be representing a fake identity.

Misrepresentation

Misrepresentation involves providing false, misleading, or incomplete information about yourself or your services. On Afut, we maintain high standards of honesty and transparency.

Therefore, it is prohibited to:

• Use badges, levels, or star-ratings in your Sidekick images, description, profile picture, or any other components to mislead users
• Copy descriptions, packages, or content from another user's listing, profile, or professional background
• Raise the price of a service in personal messages before or after a purchase; bait-and-switch marketing is not permitted
• Have someone else represent you or your Sidekick without clearly stating who they are
• Use content in a Sidekick description, user profile, or professional profile that you do not have the rights to use
• Use 'Afut' or a variation of it in your username, display name, or impersonate Afut employees to deceive or mislead other users

Spam

At Afut, we define spam as unwanted or disruptive messaging that undermines the user experience. Since communication with users occurs solely through their interaction with Sidekicks, any attempts to manipulate this process to promote services, direct users off the platform, or engage in irrelevant messaging is strictly prohibited.

Do not:

• Abuse the Sidekick interactions to send unsolicited or deceptive messages.
• Embed or distribute malware, phishing schemes, or harmful content through your Sidekick's responses.
• Use automated processes, scripts, or any other means to generate spam responses from your Sidekick.
• Program your Sidekick to promote services or offers that are unrelated to the user's current task or request.
• Include requests for donations within the Sidekick's responses.

Feedback Manipulation

Honest and reliable feedback is key to the trust that defines Afut's marketplace. Reviews are a reflection of a Sidekick's quality and its creator's expertise. To maintain the authenticity of our platform, reviews must remain genuine and unbiased.

Do not:

• Manipulate the review system to present false or misleading information about your Sidekick or its services.
• Intentionally provide deceitful, unsolicited feedback on others' Sidekicks.
• Use multiple accounts to artificially boost a Sidekick's ratings or credibility.
• Attempt to manipulate the feedback system by embedding responses within the Sidekick that pressure users to give 5-star reviews or positive feedback.
• Withhold the full capabilities of a Sidekick in a way that coerces users into providing favorable reviews before completing their task.
• Program the Sidekick to make offers or promises of additional services in exchange for positive feedback.

At Afut, we deeply value our community and are committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all. We encourage our users to make use of our reporting tools whenever they encounter behavior that violates our community standards. However, we also ask that these tools be used responsibly. Misusing the reporting system can undermine our efforts to maintain a fair marketplace.

Do not:

• Abuse Afut's reporting tools, submit complaints to Customer Support, or engage in appeals processes with groundless, targeted, or frivolous reports.
• Send multiple reports on the same issue without allowing sufficient time for our Trust and Safety team to respond.

Afut reserves the right to dismiss multiple invalid reports and flag accounts engaged in such behavior. Let's work together to keep our community safe, fair, and welcoming for everyone.

We require all Afut users to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Users may not utilize Sidekicks to offer or request services that are related to illegal activities, or that promote, endorse, or facilitate unlawful behavior. Afut reserves the right to permanently suspend any accounts found in violation of this policy.

To safeguard our community, we are committed to strictly enforcing our policies against illegal activities on the platform. If you encounter any Sidekick or service that appears to violate these guidelines, please report it immediately.

Please be aware that Afut reserves the right to report illegal activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Services with the potential to cause harm to our users

At Afut, we strive to protect our community and uphold a safe, respectful environment. We strictly prohibit any services or activities that could intentionally or unintentionally cause harm to our users, others, property, or animals. This includes actions that result in physical harm, societal risks, and the infringement of individual rights and freedoms.

Do not offer, request, or use Sidekicks for services that are intended to cause harm, including but not limited to:

• Promoting or encouraging the use, creation, or trade of prohibited or dangerous goods (e.g., firearms, ammunition, drugs, controlled substances).
• Engaging in or promoting any form of sexual exploitation, abuse, or human trafficking.
• Creating or modifying fake or misleading documents, including IDs, passports, driver's licenses, bank statements, birth or death certificates, etc.
• Producing content that glorifies or incites violence or other criminal behavior towards individuals, groups, or animals.
• Intentionally creating or promoting the spread of fake news or disinformation.
• Providing licensed professional services (e.g., legal counsel, financial or tax advice) without the required certifications and qualifications.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to accounts, profiles, networks, or sensitive personal and financial information.
• Creating or contributing to any information security threats (e.g., DDoS attacks, doxxing, impersonation, distribution of malware, phishing).

Services that can pose financial risks for our users

Afut prioritizes the financial safety of our users and the security of their private information. Any services that put users at risk of exposing their sensitive financial details are strictly prohibited.

Do not offer, request, or use Sidekicks for services that involve access to another user's sensitive financial information, including but not limited to:

• Opening, managing, or making changes to financial accounts of any kind.
• Providing loans, buying/selling currency or cryptocurrency, trading binary options, or other financial instruments.
• Mining cryptocurrency.
• Removing negative remarks from credit scores or credit histories of individuals, entities, or government institutions.
• Providing trading signals, indicators, or pre-made trading strategies.

Any review—whether written, video, or otherwise—that is not an honest and impartial opinion or does not reflect a genuine experience with a product, service, or business is prohibited.

This includes:

• Positive, neutral, or negative reviews that are fabricated or manipulated to misrepresent the truth.

User accounts found violating this policy will face permanent suspension.

We do not allow any form of artificial engagement through bots, click farms, or other illegitimate methods intended to increase followers, views, likes, fans, or traffic. These tactics violate the terms of service of third-party platforms and undermine the integrity of Afut's marketplace.

Sidekicks should not make promises about financial or personal outcomes that are beyond the creator's control, nor should they make exaggerated or unrealistic claims. This includes guarantees related to:

This includes but is not limited to guarantees or promises related to:

• Restoring access to online accounts (e.g., Amazon, Facebook, eBay).
• Specific monetary earnings, profit margins, or return rates on investments.
• Wins, levels, in-game currency, or profits in any game or app.
• Results related to medical treatments, healing, or promises of mind control.

We take these violations seriously to protect the integrity of our platform. Any accounts engaged in misleading or deceptive practices will be permanently suspended.

Afut strictly prohibits sexually explicit content intended for sexual gratification. If detected or reported, such content will be blocked, and those involved may be banned from the marketplace. Sidekicks, their services, and associated materials portraying violent, graphic, or humiliating fetishes are also not allowed.

Sexually explicit content involving minors or content that seeks to exploit minors is strictly forbidden on Afut. Any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities.

Do not post, offer or ask for:

• Nude or adult related images, or videos
• Sex or sexual partners
• Sex chats or conversation
• Nonconsensual images and videos (sextortion practices)
• Child/or child-like sex
• Sexual violence or denigration
• Sexually charged modeling
• The execution of fetish scenarios

Content that depicts explicit sexual activity, unless the conditions for "documentary exception," as listed below, exist. Afut will act quickly to block transactions that feature child nudity and will flag the offending account for review.

Documentary Exception

Afut allows nudity when the primary purpose is educational, scientific, or artistic and it is not gratuitous. For example, a video edit ordered by a healthcare professional depicting proper breastfeeding techniques would be appropriate. However, using clips from the same video out of context for sexual gratification is not allowed. Out-of-context nudity from indigenous communities, protests, medical procedures, childbirth, artistic performances, or breastfeeding may not meet our documentary exception criteria.

Hate Speech

Afut defines hate speech as any content from a Sidekick intended to incite violence or hatred against an individual or group based on their real or perceived characteristics, including race, ethnicity, skin color, sexual identity, gender identity, marital status, religion, age, or disability. This may also involve threatening, derogatory, or dehumanizing language, use of ethnic or racial slurs, or content that glorifies or supports hateful ideologies and behavior.

Afut is committed to swiftly investigating any reports of hate speech and will take decisive action that aligns with our values and Terms of Service. We take hate speech violations very seriously and will exercise broad discretion in dealing with users or content that breach this policy.

Sidekicks must not:

• Use violent and/or dehumanizing language against an individual or group based on real or perceived characteristics.
• Use ethnic or racial slurs.
• Direct hate speech toward another community member, group, Afut's support representatives, or Afut as a company.
• Offer, request, or create content that incites or supports hate speech.
• Express support for or glorify hate groups, their members, actions, or ideologies.
• Upload or share any content on the Afut platform (including profile pages, Sidekick descriptions, portfolios, forums, messages, etc.) that displays hate imagery, symbols, or references known to promote hateful or discriminatory ideologies.

Discrimination

Afut considers any unfair or unequal treatment enacted through Sidekicks based on real or perceived characteristics—such as race, ethnicity, skin color, sexual identity, gender identity, marital status, religion, age, or disability—to be discrimination. Additionally, if irrelevant personal traits influence how a Sidekick treats others, potentially depriving them of opportunities on our platform, it may be considered discriminatory.

Sidekicks must not:

• Express unwillingness to interact and/or work with a person or a group of people based on real or perceived characteristics, such as race, skin color, ethnicity, sexual identity, gender identity, marital status, religion, age, or disability
• Offer, agree to provide, or ask for any content that expresses or supports discriminatory ideas, groups who espouse these ideas, members of such groups, or any actions which share and glorify such ideologies

Afut prohibits any behavior or communication from Sidekicks on the platform that is inappropriate and could be considered harassment. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Bullying
• Sexual advances
• Offensive comments or conduct
• Discrimination based on real or perceived characteristics, including race, ethnicity, skin color, sexual identity, gender identity, marital status, religion, age, or disability

Sidekicks must not:

• Solicit any sexual interaction.
• Ask inappropriate personal questions.
• Make sexual advances or sexual innuendos.
• Use profane, lewd, or derogatory terms.
• Use offensive, culturally inappropriate, or insensitive language.
• Distribute harassing or disturbing materials.

Afut is committed to protecting intellectual property (IP) rights and respects the IP rights of all parties. To uphold these standards, we provide mechanisms for reporting IP rights violations, including copyright and trademark infringements.

Since the content on Afut is User Generated Content (UGC), we have implemented specialized processes for reporting intellectual property violations. Upon receiving a valid report from a rights holder or an authorized representative, we will take immediate action to remove or disable access to content found to be engaging in:

• Copyright infringement
• Trademark infringement

Afut reserves the right to request additional information from the reporter, including proof of ownership or other relevant documentation.

In accordance with various laws and our commitment to protect the work of our creative community, Afut prohibits any services that infringe upon the intellectual property rights of individuals or businesses. We take measures to protect the community by restricting these services and addressing violations.

Sidekicks must not offer, provide, or ask for services such as:

• Copying or distributing copyrighted material (digital piracy), including creating torrent websites, developing platforms for streaming copyrighted content, or selling access to streaming services without authorization.
• Using or distributing hacked or cracked software products (programs, apps, themes, templates, games, etc.).
• Removing watermarks or copyright marks without the owner's consent or permission.

Afut reserves the right to permanently suspend accounts involved in intellectual property rights infringement.

Some Sidekicks on Afut may involve minors' participation in the service.

When the Minor is the Primary Service Provider: If the minor is the primary provider (e.g., child voice-over), the account owner must be the minor's parent or legal guardian. This must be explicitly stated in the Sidekick components and profile description.

When the Minor is Involved in Service Creation: If the minor is part of the service creation process (e.g., photography for children's products), the nature of the service must clearly indicate the required participation of minors.

Parents or legal guardians, and sellers who work with minors when providing their services, are required to follow all local child labor laws and regulations.

We do not allow sexually explicit content featuring minors or content that seeks to sexually exploit minors, including but not limited to:

• NSFW/lewd illustrations and voiceovers
• Erotic stories
• Lolicon (or loli), shotacon (or shota) voice overs or anime illustrations
• Deepfakes
• Any sexually explicit child-like imagery, including those generated by AI tools and programs

Additionally, it is strictly forbidden to depict or describe minors in a manner that is sexually suggestive, violent, or exploitative.

Afut reserves the right to exercise broad discretion when removing content involving minors. User accounts found violating this policy may be permanently suspended.

Afut is committed to the safety of minors and immediately reports any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which works with global law enforcement agencies.
